Alex first started with L J Hooker in 2006, working part time whilst studying for Bachelor of Property Economics at the Queensland University of Technology. At this time he was working as a Property Analyst compiling suburb reports to aid the sales team. In 2008, Alex left Brisbane to go to England to study a major in Finance at the University of Leeds. He resided in London after completing his degree, and worked for two years as an Accountant in an international firm. In this role Alex compiled cash flows and organised corporate restructuring for major clients. Alex returned to Brisbane and in 2012 resumed work at LJ Hooker, helping set up and heading the dedicated Property Sales Investment Department. As a Property Investment Sales Agent, Alex specialises in finding investment properties for clients and looks at how an investment portfolio can be tailor made to suit individual needs and financial situations in order to maximise results. In order to ensure the highest quality customer service Alex thoroughly researches cash flow projections and works with our team of experienced financial consultants to achieve the lowest rates of interest for his client. He also sources bespoke investment properties which would enhance any property portfolio, on a daily basis.
